About me…

I was born in North Carolina where we lived on a large farm with 5 dogs 3 cats and loads of other livestock. We spent some time in the suburbs of Houston, the suburbs of Des Moines, and a large ranch in Texas. I’ve always loved animals and dogs are my favorite. I started training my dogs very young. I was a pet sitter on Rover for years and had a lot of fun watching everyone’s animals. I am attending the University of Northern Iowa and am pursuing a biomedical degree to eventually move on to vet school. While living in Texas, I worked at Hollywood feed, which is where my obsession with canine nutrition was born. I have spent over 250 hours studying canine nutrition and received my certification in November of 2024. I’m always reading research studies, listening to podcasts, and more; trying to learn everything I can about the topic. My goal is to improve the health, behavior, and longevity of your dogs.
